In module one, we’ll have an overview of construction management. We’ll understand the market size and the features of the construction industry.
In module two, we’ll learn about construction project stages and project life cycle. Also, we’ll understand the basics of project management.
Module three focuses on construction cost management. Here, we’ll learn about economic analysis of project cost, cash flow calculation and many more.
In module four, we’ll learn about site management for construction projects, We’ll learn about water and electricity supply, accommodation, sanitation, site security, etc.

In module thirteen, we’ll explore the legal aspects of contracting. We’ll learn about the agreement, subcontract, project insurance, etc.
Module fourteen covers the health and safety aspects of construction management. This module discusses the safety best practices for ensuring a safe working environment for all in a construction site.
