In module seven, we will learn how to advise clients on nutrition and calorie intake, as well as injury prevention and rehabilitation. It covers the essentials of meal planning for before, during and after an event.
In module eight, we will take a deeper look at sports injury prevention and rehabilitation, exploring the different types of injuries that can occur in sports, including how to treat muscle pain and bone injuries.
In module nine, we will learn about the role that parents play in the sporting performance of children and why it is important for developing children’s confidence and mindset.
