In module one, we will take an in-depth look at the different stages of the lifecycle of a project, as well as the constraints of a project. It also includes an overview of project management duties. 

In module two, we will learn how to identify project risks and prepare for risk monitoring and control. It covers planning best practices for risk management and the steps to creating a risk management plan.

In module three, we will learn the five main principles of Six Sigma and familiarise with some key Six Sigma methodologies. We will also gain an insight into the history of Six Sigma.

In module four, we will explore the key aspects of the “define” phase of project management, which includes project planning, the elements of the project charter, and the critical-to-quality tree.

In module five, we will take a look at project metrics and the process baseline, with step-by-step training on how to estimate process baselines using process capability analysis.

In module six, we will explore the critical components of the analysis phase,  taking a look at the different types of analysis. It covers key topics such as value stream mapping, Pareto charts, box plots and design of experiments.

In module seven, we will learn about the improve phase, taking an in-depth look at cost-benefit analysis, pay-off analysis, planning implementation, documentation and training.

In this final module, we will explore what the control phase entails, learning how to conduct a statistical process control test and implement a control plan. It also covers visual management, celebration and reflection.
