In module seven, we will gain in-depth knowledge of hair care treatments and the steps to maintaining healthy hair.
In module eight, we will learn how to improve our everyday skincare routine, covering the dos and don’ts of skincare, and how to prevent acne outbreaks.
In module nine, we will take a look at the rules for maintaining excellent toilet hygiene, with tips for men and women.
In module ten, we will explore the different ways we can maintain good hygiene when it comes to our clothing, children’s personal care and genital hygiene.
In the final module, we will explore the safety precautions we can take to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection, such as handwashing and keeping our eyes well protected.
