Safety from electricity is important as hazards such as shock and arc flash can result in injuries and even death. So we took extra steps and designed modules that focus on mentioning electrical incidents, how to work safely with electrical equipment and how to inspect and test to ensure risks are reduced and controlled. As a supervisor, you will need to have great communication skills. We covered that too in our course. We will focus on listening, communication strategies, and verbal, written, oral and non-verbal communication.
