In module eleven, we will explore the key principles of human resources management, exploring the roles and functions in human resource. It covers the planning of manpower construction companies, salary and discipline, selection and placement.

In module twelve, we will learn about health and safety compliance in the construction industry, covering the legal responsibilities of employers and employees, safety management best practice, and financial cost of injuries and accidents.
